Skill 4 - 5 Years of Experience in onsite coordination

Domain Experience (If any ) -Healthcare Experience is Mandatory

Health Care Experience is Mandatory


Experience working as Sr BSA in SAFE projects


Certification in SAFE is Mandatory


Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Agile Craft, etc.


Experience working with multiple business groups and distributed teams

As an essential duty to include, but are not limited to:
•Experience in coordinating with Offshore team/s
•May need to work with project teams with regard to testing tasks, to verify the expected results as per business objectives.
•Experience in the creation of project initiation documents such as business requirement documents.
•Experience in the creation of functional requirements to fulfill business requirements.
•Experience in conducting iterative meetings with users and stakeholders for requirement finalization, requirement refinement, documentation, and getting the user's and stakeholder's approvals.
•Experience in capturing all the non-functional requirements for quality of service based on performance, scalability, security, and usability.
•Experience in performing requirements gathering and analysis, estimating time required for project completion, preparing schedules, design documentation, design reviews and development, testing, and deployment of application enhancements, as well as project planning.
•Experience in helping the application users understand the application and setting up an environment to make the application successful.
•Experience in providing training to business groups and end users on the application and documenting the learning.
•Ensure that the project team fully understands the project requirements specifications and that testing results correspond to the business expectations/needs• Analytical and problem-solving skills;


Experience in the health care insurance industry desired;


Excellent written, and verbal.

Required education and experience:

Requires BA/BS degree or technical institute training


8 or more years experience on one platform, multi-database, multi-language or multi-business application, analytics, and reporting, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
