Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans. Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement tailored interventions and facilitate clients' progress. Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and upholding the confidentiality of client information. Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and various mental health professionals to devise and enhance holistic treatment approaches. Participate actively in case consultations, interdisciplinary meetings, and ongoing professional development discussions to continuously elevate the quality of care delivered. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources to ensure informed decision-making. Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to refine therapeutic techniques and enhance client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relational challenges. Our clinic serves a wide demographic, ensuring that your contributions will support individuals from various backgrounds, enhancing their quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona. Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy methods, with the ability to customize interventions to meet clients' unique needs. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients and team members alike. Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving in a clinical context. A proactive approach to professional development and a desire to engage in constructive team environments. Preferred Experience Previous experience providing therapy in a community mental health setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other technology-based tools for tracking client progress and documentation. Hands-on experience with various therapeutic modalities, including group therapy settings. Compensation and Benefits Attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
