Work Environment This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging in meaningful therapy sessions with clients throughout Arizona. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they achieve their mental health goals. Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing case consultations with fellow team members to enhance treatment outcomes. Manage a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring each client receives the attention and care required for successful therapy. Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans. Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients encompass a wide range of demographics, presenting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at On Track Counseling Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, allowing for a rich therapeutic experience. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. Possession of an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Arizona. Proficiency in clinical skills and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches. A passion for collaboration and an openness to feedback, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth. Preferred Experience At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health clinical setting. Experience with telehealth services and remote therapeutic practices. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress efficiently. A history of working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
