How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring all clinical specialties work in harmony to deliver a seamless healing experience.
• Implement and adapt personalized care plans by monitoring patient conditions in real-time and taking decisive action to ensure safety and recovery.
• Execute clinical orders with precision while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of evidence-based practice.
• Document the patient journey with accuracy and care, ensuring that every record reflects a high-quality standard of clinical excellence and continuity.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• An RN license with a minimum of 2 years (preferably 4+) in a hospital setting, backed by a BSN (preferred) and specialized experience in PICU, pediatric med/surg, or adult pulmonary care.
• A strong background in high-acuity environments, with the proven versatility to manage varied patient care settings (like Med/Surg) and seamlessly collaborate across multidisciplinary care teams.
