We're Hiring: Drafter / Field Technician

Load Bearing Wall Company is looking for a detail-oriented driver and scan technician to join our growing team in the Twin Cities. You'll work alongside our team to scan houses, assist with site visits, take field measurements, document existing conditions and manage the drafting workflow along with driving the team to and from site visits. A company vehicle is provided for site travel. Interested in drafting is a plus and AutoCAD and SketchUp experience is a plus. This role pays $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience, and comes with 23 days of PTO including Holidays. We've completed 500+ projects across the Twin Cities, every one of them permitted and PE-stamped. We're a small integrated team growing fast, and this is a core hire.
