Compensation : $95k-$115k Base Target

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll administration
Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and payroll compliance
Bachelor's Degree (preferred); CPP certification (nice to have)
Organized, detail-oriented professional with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for a large multi-state workforce
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, garnishments, PTO administration, and year-end activities
Administer ADP Workforce Now Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, and reporting functions
Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll issues and improve processes
Prepare payroll, labor, headcount, and compliance reporting for leadership
Maintain payroll procedures, internal controls, and employee records
Support employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations
Help drive process improvements and modernization initiatives across the payroll function
