Position Details:
Facility: BayCare Health System, MRI-South Florida Baptist Hospital Location: Plant City, FL Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: Days Shift: Shift 1, Days Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes
MRI Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Performs diagnostic magnetic resonance (MR) procedures.
- Responsible for coordinating all workflow related to imaging patient care, radiology Information System (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation
- other related duties as necessary.
- Coordinates and adjusts the staffing schedule to meet departmental and regulatory needs.
Requirements:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Relevant Specialty; Or - ARMRIT (MRI)
- State of FL Radiology License
- Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR Associates Degree – Radiology
- 2 years Radiology/ MRI experience
