Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Applying evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to the specific needs of individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing initial discharge plans to set clear care goals.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in alignment with client treatment plans, ensuring each session is productive and engaging.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans based on assessments, coordinating additional services as necessary, and revising plans when required to adapt to client needs.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy services provided to each client in compliance with both facility and professional standards, updating records as needed.

• Managing a caseload assigned to you while ensuring continuity of care and adherence to individualized goals.

• Engaging in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with fellow staff members to coordinate comprehensive services for each client.

• Upholding a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor during all client interactions and promptly addressing client concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
