What Youll Do

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Apply customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile accounts and research payment discrepancies
Prepare aging reports and accounts receivable metrics for management
Partner with project managers and customers to resolve billing issues

What Youll Bring

3+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
Construction industry experience preferred
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
