Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video chat, focusing on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans that are customized to address specific client goals and progress.

• Help clients explore their experiences, feelings, and relationships, guiding them towards greater self-awareness and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a variety of mental health issues. Your expertise will be vital in assisting these individuals as they navigate their challenges, ultimately aiming to enhance their overall quality of life and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full, independent license to practice, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n

• No provisional or limited licenses, nor any history of disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong intuition for understanding clients' needs.

• Proficient computer literacy to effectively navigate our therapist platform and tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and solution-focused therapy.

• Previous telehealth counseling experience is a plus, enabling seamless virtual interaction with clients.
