Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients dealing with complex co-occurring conditions, including chronic pain conditions, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved outcomes by addressing the multifaceted nature of these patients' health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
