Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, strengths, and needs, ensuring comprehensive care plans.

• Provide dynamic individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, establishing clear, actionable goals and crafting tailored interventions to achieve them.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists and psychologists to formulate integrated care strategies that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans to protect clients during high-stress situations.

• Maintain complete records in accordance with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic environment.
