This position allows for a remote work setting most of the time, with opportunities for in-person collaboration at our outpatient office when necessary. The typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients’ specific needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational sessions and support groups aimed at fostering community, understanding, and coping strategies for common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a diverse team of professionals to coordinate care that addresses various aspects of clients’ lives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, ensuring safety and stabilization during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
