Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' symptoms of mood disorders, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions that empower clients.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Familiarity and competence in psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists.

• Proven ability to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
