Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, which form the foundation of treatment plans.

• Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare providers to report patient progress, address concerns, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, clinical notes, and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s specific emotional and behavioral issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency counseling when necessary, assessing and addressing urgent mental health needs promptly.

• Assist clients in navigating their discharge planning, connecting them to community resources, and coordinating care with other providers to ensure ongoing support.

• Engage and consult with clients' families or support systems to facilitate a comprehensive approach to treatment and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a vital member of our team, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will need to demonstrate cultural competence and empathy while fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling is mandatory.

• At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required, where you have refined your skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
