Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor within our telehealth network, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, ensuring that each session is tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must possess an independent LCSW license.

• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and applicants must have no disciplinary actions on their record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on the hours worked and experience level. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payments are made weekly via direct deposit, ensuring timely compensation for your valuable work.
