Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s mental health needs.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes tools for efficient record-keeping and assessment management.

• Utilize automatically generated symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal tracking measures to refine treatment strategies and enhance patient outcomes.

• Provide weekly evidence-based psychotherapy sessions through live video interactions, adapting your therapeutic approach to the unique circumstances and challenges faced by each client.

• Receive ongoing support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team to address complex case situations and professional development needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, predominantly adults experiencing emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and bi-polar disorder. You will be expected to maintain a culturally responsive practice that acknowledges and respects each client’s background and unique experience. Your role contributes significantly to improving client well-being by employing therapeutic techniques designed to empower and support recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PSYD) from an accredited program.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon or the state you reside in (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC), with preference for candidates holding multiple state licenses.

• Strong technological proficiency, particularly in integrating digital solutions to optimize clinical practice.

• A commitment to providing culturally responsive mental health care and welcoming clients from all backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
