Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate treatment is provided to each client.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities during therapy sessions to develop constructive strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborating with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health concerns and goals.

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adult clients who exhibit a range of behavioral health needs. Your ability to address their unique circumstances and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship will be integral in promoting their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current state license, specifically a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), that has no disciplinary actions against it.

• The ability to practice independently without supervision to provide direct client care.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in modern psychotherapy practices and methodologies.
\n
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms to manage client interactions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a master’s degree and an active LCSW license, experience in working with diverse populations and employing various therapeutic modalities is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth practices and integrating technology into therapy is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on the hours worked. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and comprehensive healthcare coverage for full-time counselors. Additional insurance options will also be provided to ensure you have all necessary resources for personal health and well-being.
