Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our community health clinic. We understand that flexibility is essential; therefore, while the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we are open to adjusting hours to accommodate the varying needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally-sensitive mental health assessments, capturing patients' backgrounds and experiences for accurate treatment planning.

• Implement varied evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual treatment goals based on a robust therapeutic relationship.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to support comprehensive and cohesive patient treatment plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, showcasing your adept crisis management skills.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Ensure all records are diligently maintained in compliance with legal standards, and contribute to case conferences and team discussions aimed at improving patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• A current and valid license, such as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW, to practice in California.

• An in-depth understanding of mental health disorders and an array of treatment methodologies, with emphasis on evidence-based, culturally responsive strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
