Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver therapy to clients. You will engage in virtual sessions, which enables flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities tailored to the clients' unique situations.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic psychoeducational groups that foster community support and education among participants dealing with similar mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure holistic care and seamless service delivery.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention services and emotional support during emergencies to stabilize client situations.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources in the community to empower them in their recovery processes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic practices and stay updated with advancements in the field.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and more. Our clients come from all walks of life, and this role requires a deep understanding of different cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and the unique needs of each client to deliver effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields from an accredited institution.

• Valid Washington state licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Solid knowledge of various mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities supported by evidence-based research.

• Ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and design effective treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient or community-based setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
