This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your home. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client intakes to gather crucial mental health history and assess treatment needs.

As a Licensed Therapist at Winds Of Change Behavioral Health, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in the State of Washington (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Proven clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for mental health disorders.

• Competency with telehealth technology and virtual therapy platforms, enabling seamless delivery of services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
