As a remote counselor, you will work from the comfort of your home, using telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and clinical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
