Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately analyze clients' mental health needs, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver psychotherapy services, adapting methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to meet client preferences and concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active independent license as a healthcare professional: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
