Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Professional Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting engaging virtual therapy sessions focused on addressing a wide range of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage, and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active, unrestricted license in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to manage high caseloads effectively while ensuring quality therapeutic services.

• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards motivating clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n
