• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and collaborate on developing personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans designed to facilitate effective coping mechanisms and life skills.

• Provide daily life skills training and professional guidance to clients, helping them develop important coping, problem-solving, and communication skills essential for their daily lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adults over 18 years old who are struggling with mental health challenges and require assistance in achieving personal stability and independence. Clients may include individuals with various diagnoses, trauma histories, and socio-economic backgrounds, necessitating a flexible and empathetic approach to care. You will work closely with clients in navigating their paths to recovery and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state license from the state board, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), is required.

• Demonstrated ability to provide independent clinical services without supervision, ensuring a high standard of care for clients.

• No past disciplinary actions concerning your license, reflecting a commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience, preferably within mental health counseling or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n
