ResponsibilitiesWe're seeing an exceptional Senior Business Process Consultant to serve as a trusted front office partner supporting collaborative research initiatives across diverse emerging technology domains.This role demands a highly independent, detail-oriented professional capable of supporting senior leadership with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will coordinate complex relationships with multiple stakeholders, manage high-visibility briefings, and serve as a force multiplier for leadership.The candidate will have a deep understanding for the organization and be capable of seamlessly integrating into a fast-paced front office environment, operating with the pace and precision required to support the customer's innovation ecosystem and technology transition activities.Front Office and Leadership SupportManage leadership calendars and coordinate complex scheduling requirementsPrepare briefings for senior leadership, interagency partners, and Congressional audiencesDraft communications with exceptional attention to detail and appropriate polish for the intended audienceProgram Management SupportProvide programmatic assistance with collaborative research activitiesFacilitate communication between multiple stakeholdersTrack requirements and deliverables across the portfolioSupport Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and programmatic reporting requirementsTake ownership of assigned tasks from initiation through completionPrepare meeting notes and distribute program communications via email and cable trafficBudget and Contracts ManagementProvide budget management support and financial oversight for collaborative research activitiesSupport non-FAR based agreement administration and contract managementUtilize organizational budget tools and financial management systems for tracking and reportingTravel and Administrative SupportCoordinate travel arrangements including cables, logistics, and detailed itinerariesProcess cables for travel authorization and trip reportingManage taskings and organizational requirements in knowledge management systemsCommunications and Knowledge ManagementManage communications flow including highlights, taskings, and priority itemsOrganize and maintain workspace for program documentationConduct research and gather supplemental information to support leadership decision-makingPerform quality assurance/quality control and due diligence on all data and deliverablesQualificationsRequired QualificationsMust have active TS/SCI w/polyProfessional ExperienceProgram management experience in intelligence or DoD/DoW environmentsCOTR experience or equivalent contracts oversightExperience supporting senior executive leadershipExperience preparing briefings for Congressional, interagency, or senior executive audiencesTechnical SkillsProficiency with cable systemExperience with organizational systems and tools including document management, financial systems, and tasking platformsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to plan and lead major assignments independentlyExceptional written and oral communications skills with ability to tailor content to audienceOutstanding attention to detail with commitment to quality assurance/quality controlStrong accountability and ownership mindsetAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to quickly grasp technical concepts across diverse competency areasExperience navigating complex multi-organizational partnershipsWork Style and CharacteristicsIndependent and self-sufficient: Requires minimal supervision; trusted to execute with excellenceDetail-oriented: Understands the level of polish for sensitive, high-visibility productsAccountable: Takes ownership and follows through on commitmentsTeam-focused: Willing to help colleagues and share knowledge across the organizationAgile and collaborative: Adapts quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentEducationMinimum of 12 years experience with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or 7 years with PhDExperience may be substituted for education, subject to customer approvalDesired QualificationsExperience with university research partnerships, federally-funded research centers, or academic collaboration modelsKnowledge of DoD/DoW or IC innovation programs or innovation intermediary organizationsExperience supporting emerging technology initiatives or innovation acceleratorsPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
