Contract Senior Recruiter

Contract Senior Recruiter Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week) Our client, a highly successful financial services firm in Boston, is looking to hire a Contract Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of positions. This will be a 5-month assignment to start. Responsibilities Consistently drive candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle while providing an unparalleled candidate experience Work closely with hiring managers from job intake to candidate close Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles Qualifications 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting in financial services or professional services Track record of successfully managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy, especially with ATS Strong communication skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
