Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients upon intake to identify their specific mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings, employing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to facilitate healing and growth.

• Provide specialized support for clients dealing with trauma, particularly those with PTSD, fostering a nurturing and safe environment conducive to recovery.

• Effectively manage client cases by coordinating care, including arranging referrals to additional professionals or community resources as necessary.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with ICD-9 standards and HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, enhancing the quality of integrated care offered to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field is essential.

• A valid and unrestricted California LMFT license is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
