Responsibilities Recruitment Operations & Candidate Screening: Review applications, perform initial candidate screenings, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle. Interview Logistics & Support: Coordinate interview schedules, for candidates, ensuring a top‑tier candidate experience. Internal Mobility Initiatives: Guide current UF Health employees through internal transfer processes, promoting career development pathways within the health system. Process Optimization & Automation: Identify workflow bottlenecks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recommend automated solutions, and support projects that enhance TA efficiency. Onboarding & Pre‑Boarding Coordination: Facilitate offer letters, background checks, license verification, and credentialing workflows in collaboration with the onboarding team. Qualifications Education Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, human resources, or administrative support functions. Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Additional Skills Or Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
