Human Resources Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support a growing organization in Nashville. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a blend of recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration. About the Role Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Manage pre‑employment screenings, background checks, and employment verification requests Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with HR compliance reporting and documentation efforts Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives Coordinate participation in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities Support payroll, benefits, and other HR processes as needed Assist with general administrative and employee support functions Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Required Skills Experience supporting recruiting and employee onboarding activities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Equal Opportunity Statement LHH Recruitment Solutions is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
