Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a background in school-based or healthcare settings
• Experience working with high school students or adolescents preferred

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students’ physical abilities and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct physical therapy sessions and oversee student progress
• Consult with school staff and families to support student participation in academic and extracurricular activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student on your caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to student support teams
