Head of Business Development

Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL), a premier cardiovascular physician management organization, is seeking a Head of Business Development to join our leadership team. In this executive role, you will drive the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives that expand CVL's footprint and strengthen our market position. You will lead business development efforts across mergers and acquisitions, physician practice partnerships, de novo expansion, strategic affiliations, and other high-impact growth opportunities. Summary The Head of Business Development (“HBD”), is an executive management position responsible for development of new business opportunities for the benefit of CVL. The HBD will lead business development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, physician practice partnerships, de novo expansion, strategic affiliations and other growth initiatives. The HBD will partner closely with the CVL executive team and physician leadership to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and integrate opportunities that accelerate growth and create enterprise value. This executive will play a critical role in positioning the organization as the premier cardiovascular management platform.
