Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Provide couples therapy that develops communication strategies and resolves interpersonal conflicts, utilizing both traditional and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Engage with families to facilitate discussions around conflict resolution, parenting strategies, and relationship dynamics, promoting family cohesion.

• Assess clients’ mental health status through thorough evaluations and intake assessments, accurately diagnosing mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and general practitioners, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and continuous care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' aspirations and challenges, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, effectively using electronic health record systems to track treatment progress and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficient in teletherapy platforms and electronic health record management.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse client base.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Narrative Therapy.

• Prior experience working with family systems therapy and intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
