The general contractor is hiring due to growth/strong pipeline and the Construction Project Manager - Public Works (DDC) will be a leader within the team from day one. The general contractor needs a strong Construction Project Manager - Public Works (DDC) that has familiarity with the red tape and attention to detail needed for large projects. Job Description Manage and oversee public works construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status. Maintain effective communication with all project team members and external partners.
