What You’ll Do Installation & Commissioning Lead installation and startup of advanced systems at client sites Perform testing, calibration, and validation Integrate new systems into existing operations Train clients on equipment operation and maintenance Troubleshooting & Maintenance Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues Perform preventive maintenance Repair or coordinate replacement of components Respond to urgent service calls to minimize downtime Customer & Technical Support Provide on‑site and remote technical support Build strong client relationships Document service activity and maintain accurate records Communicate feedback to engineering for continuous improvement What You Bring Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) 5–8 years of field service or related technical experience Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems Experience with diagnostic tools and service management systems Excellent communication skills and customer‑facing professionalism Ability to work independently and manage multiple service priorities What to Expect Field‑based role with occasional overnight travel Flexible schedule to support client needs and emergency calls Competitive compensation and benefits Ongoing technical training and professional development Why Join Us?
