Hospitality Demo Account is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Manage reservations and room availability in coordination with the reservations team.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
