Legal Recruiting Coordinator For the New York Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm Responsibilities include: Coordinate law student recruiting interviews, including scheduling, calendar logistics, candidate tracking, and follow-up. Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and summer associates, responding to questions and supporting a positive recruiting experience. Support the planning and execution of summer associate and law student recruiting events, including select on-site programs. Greet candidates, provide office tours, and assist with interview-day logistics. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information in the firm’s recruitment database. Assist Recruiting leadership with departmental projects and other attorney recruiting initiatives as needed. Qualifications include: 1–3 years of legal recruiting experience; Bachelor’s degree required. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. Meticulous attention to detail, including strong proofreading skills and a commitment to producing accurate work. Proactive, dependable, and collaborative approach with sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with viWave/Desktop is a plus. Salary: $75k-$82k #J-18808-Ljbffr Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc.
