In this role, you'll support the processing, maintenance, and movement of marketable assets while helping ensure operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently. About the Team

The Asset Services team is responsible for the intake, processing, maintenance, and delivery of physical and marketable assets. The team plays a critical role in supporting asset-related transactions and operational activities across the organization. Team members work closely with administrators and internal business partners to ensure assets are processed accurately and delivered on time.

What You'll Do

As a Paying Transfer Agent Operations Specialist, you will:

• Process, deposit, and deliver physical assets.
• Support asset re-registration projects and related operational activities.
• Review, maintain, and update asset information within internal systems.
• Coordinate activities related to asset movement and vault deliveries.
• Partner with team members, administrators, and internal stakeholders to complete daily work.
• Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support ongoing operational projects and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Three or more years of experience in transaction processing

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Experience in financial services, banking, trust operations, or a related industry

- Well-developed ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Proven ability to handle complex processing tasks with a high level of accuracy

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
