Description All About Kahoots Kahoots is a customer service focused pet store, serving Southern California communities since 1987. Each of our stores operates with an enthusiastic and personal approach to customers and their pets. We are a values-based company with a focus on developing our staff and promoting from within. Promotion and pay are heavily influenced by performance and proven abilities within the store. Requirements Key Holder Key Holders are positive, focused leaders that ensure the best customer service and overall store standards are met at all times. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- 40 hours per week - typically 8 hour shifts
- Available weekdays and weekends
- Must have 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Must be able to train and coach employees in a clear and positive manner and be a reliable resource to your peers.
- Must be able to create and encourage an environment in which your employees can succeed and thrive.
- Must be able to represent Kahoots and make decisions on behalf of the manager in their absence.
- Must thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented environment in which we represent Kahoots' core values.
- Must be able and willing to learn a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Being on your feet/standing for up to 8 hours.
- Walking 4-8 hours per day
- Bending and twisting 2-6 hours per day
- Occasionally climbing ladders
- Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying 40+ LBS, 2-6 hours per day
