We're excited to meet you and share what we love about Smith!Essential Job DutiesInput credit information into an in-house programWork closely with operations and salesMaintain up-to-date billing systemFollow up on references, collection and allocation of paymentsCarry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlinesReconciliation of accountsMonitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesMaintain accounts receivable customer filesInvestigate and resolve customer queriesProcess adjustmentsCompetenciesExcellent customer service skillsExperienceExperience with PayPal, EBay, Google Checkout preferred1+ years experience with A/RSoftware RequirementsAdvanced Excel and Accounting Software knowledgePosition Type Full-Time/Regular SMITH is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer
