Business Development Manager

Addison Group is a rapidly growing private staffing firm specializing in contract and direct hire staffing as well as consulting services. Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for prospecting new clients for the division, researching and identifying prospective users of temporary or permanent staffing services, and developing a marketing plan to enter new markets and expand existing accounts. The role includes client visits, prospecting, door‑knocking, and attending networking events. The BDM partners with recruiters to match each client’s staffing needs.
