Bilingual Customer Service Representative

General Description The bilingual CSR serves as key point of contact between client, builders, and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating repair and service work, managing customer communication, supporting billing and job costing processes, and ensuring accurate documentation across systems. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy across drywall and paint divisions. This role pays up to $22 per hour.
