At Moss Dental Studio in Eden Prairie (near Bachman’s), you run the conversation that turns a doctor’s recommendation into scheduled care, and you coach two teammates to do it with you. This is a face-to-face job. You’ll spend your day talking with patients, and the right person will love that. You’ll have a weekly scoreboard (case acceptance, scheduled treatment, collections), and your pay moves with it.

Required:

• At least 3 years of sales experience (retail, high-ticket, or consultative selling) with results you can tell us about
• Experience working in a job where part of your pay was based on commission or performance bonuses, and you’re comfortable with your income rising and falling with your results

You’ll love this job if you:

What you’ll do:

• Present the doctor’s treatment plans, explain options and financing, and help patients decide.
• Coach and hold accountable a team of 2.
• Own your numbers and share them with the team.
• Work directly with the doctor. Every recommendation is clinical, and you never sell treatment that isn’t diagnosed.

How you’ll earn:

• Hourly Pay
• Monthly bonus: [X%] of collections, paid monthly. In a realistic month, the bonus adds at least 20% to your hourly pay.
• Example: working full time at $30 per hour, a typical month is about $5,200 in hourly pay plus about $1,040 in bonus, or roughly $6,240 a month.
• Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, ESST

Your schedule:

• Consistent, regular daytime hours: [ Monday through Friday 9 to 5].
• No nights, no weekends, no holidays. Retail managers, this is a schedule you can plan your life around.
