Essential Duties And Responsibilities Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies, direct outreach, referral networks, research, and recruiting tools. Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing approaches, recognizing that the best talent isn't always found in the same places or through the same methods. Review inbound applicants and employee referrals, assessing candidates thoughtfully based on overall fit, not simply keywords on a resume. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process, serving as a trusted point of contact through the pre-offer stage. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within our ATS. Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities, talent market conditions, and sourcing strategies. Share candidate pipeline insights, market trends, and sourcing intelligence proactively with the Talent Acquisition team. Help strengthen CelLink's employer brand by delivering a positive and professional candidate experience. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, talent research, or a related people-focused role. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates and recruiting activity. Strong research skills and the ability to identify talent through multiple sourcing channels. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, self-directed approach with a willingness to try new sourcing methods and continuously improve. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries. Some understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision. Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly. Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration. Practices active listening and engages thoughtfully. Values continuous learning, embraces honest feedback, and views setbacks as opportunities for growth and improvement.
