About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Platform Operations to spearhead the development and management of a shared operating infrastructure across its rapidly expanding, acquisition-driven portfolio. The successful candidate will be a high-impact operator, serving as a key driver of execution and capable of transforming broad, strategic priorities into concrete, results-oriented work streams. This role demands a commercially-minded leader with a strong background in multi-site or PE-backed environments, particularly within large residential real estate platforms. The VP will be responsible for ensuring the alignment, accountability, and success of back-office functions, including operations, IT, systems, and field teams, and must have a proven track record in building sustainable operating models in complex, acquisition-driven settings. Applicants for the VP of Platform Operations position at the company should possess 12-18+ years of operating experience, with a focus on managing large-scale residential portfolios and national operations across multiple markets. The role requires a leader with a history of post-acquisition integration, technical fluency in system evaluation and implementation, and the ability to consolidate teams and workflows into a more scalable operating model.
