Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Residential Counselor (DSP) to assist residents in our group homes. This role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care and daily support in a home-like setting. The DSP will provide personal care, supervision, transportation, and documentation, and will participate in team activities to ensure residents’ safety and well-being.
