Administrative Specialist (Compliance)

TechOp Solutions International isseekingdetail-oriented and motivated Compliance Analyststo support compliance, auditing, and investigative operations within a fast-paced government support environment. The ideal candidate willbe efficient, motivated, and pride themselves onaccurateand efficient work performance. Day-to-day responsibilitiesinclude:reviewing documentation, conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting administrative and compliance-related activities. Duties Handle and reviewlarge quantitiesof documents and related information. Perform data entry and validation. Conduct database queries and research using government and commercial systems. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries of findings. Assistwith compliance reviews and audit-related activities. Support the preparation of administrative documentation and case files. Coordinate with investigators, auditors, and management personnel. Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure data integrity. Performsadditional duties as assigned Requirements MinimumofASdegree,BA/BSPreferred 2+years ofexperience in compliance, auditing, administrative support, data analysis,orarelatedfields. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze information and prepare detailed written reports. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Strong verbal and written communication skills Must meet security eligibility requirements.
