Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in Texas (or Compact State)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric or relevant healthcare settings
• Proficiency with healthcare systems such as MIDAS and Meditech preferred
• Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs, review resource utilization, and develop care plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess medical necessity and ensure appropriate level of care
• Competence in report generation, presentation creation, and data analysis in a Windows environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Certification in Case Management (CCM) or related fields
• Experience with Milliman (MCG) guidelines and Interqual criteria
• Familiarity with pediatric care management best practices and complex case coordination

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BSN degree preferred; RN license required
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience within relevant pediatric populations or healthcare settings
• Prior case management, discharge planning, or resource management experience highly valued

Other Requirements:

• Travel ability to various locations starting from 06/01/2026
• Willingness to work approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexibility for additional hours or weekend work as needed
• Valid CPR certification preferred
