Hotel & Location Rogers Embassy Suites, 3303 Pinnacle Hills Pkwy, Rogers, AR 72758 Position Type & Compensation Full time. Compensation range: $20.00-$21.00 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Actual pay may differ. Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish. Maintain cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation‑ready. Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top‑tier service and guest satisfaction. Troubleshoot AV setups and step in where needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team alike. Qualifications & Requirements 6+ months of banquet experience and prior leadership exposure. Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or willing to obtain them within 90 days). Capable of comfortably lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on your feet during events.
