Key Responsibilities - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Build lasting client relationships - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth

Qualifications - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - Customer service background helpful but not required - Eligible to work in the United States - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
